When your children come to stay with us they will become part of our family and be part of
our daily routine and activities. We will do our outmost to keep them happy and safe whilst in our care.
We welcome interaction with our parents and are happy to arrange for you to contact us
via skype etc, I will also send you txt messages througout the day to update you if you wish!
We can provide a tailor made service for your trips away which can include coverage for Standby.
We will charge a nominal fee to be on Standby awaiting the arrival of your child when you get called.
We do not charge late fees, but will continue to charge the hourly fee until your child is collected.
Out of courtesy we ask that you advise us of any delays as soon as possible.
As I will sometimes be due to fly out myself we ask that you arrange suitable emergency
arrangements in case of severe delays.
